Goodyear’s Supply Chain is comprised of many processes and functions such as Procurement, Materials Management, Customer Service, Physical Logistics, Transformation, Demand Planning, and Production Planning.

Associates within the Supply Chain Development Program are provided with opportunities to:
New Associates entering the Supply Chain Rotational Program will be placed on a rotational assignment within the four following areas: Item Level Planner, Sales Forecaster, Supply Chain Analyst, and Raw Materials Management. The goal of this rotational program is to build competencies for future placement. Upon successful completion of this program, placement will be in one of the three positions listed below based on business needs.
1. Item Level Planner
2. Sales Forecaster
3. Supply Chain Analyst:
