Goodyear Volunteerism
Associate volunteerism is at the foundation of all that we do, and providing meaningful volunteer engagement opportunities for our associates is integral to our community engagement program.
Our Global Week of Volunteering is Goodyear’s largest community program that energizes our associates to serve their communities around the world. Goodyear collaborates with community partners to organize a week of meaningful, engaging volunteer experiences for associates. As part of the Global Week of Volunteering, Goodyear provides non-profits with several professional development workshops in areas such as leadership development, project management and more.

How do I request community support from Goodyear?
Goodyear provides grant funding to nonprofit organizations aligned to our community engagement focus areas on a limited basis. Organizations may inquire on the process and criteria via email to community_engagement@goodyear.com.
How do I request a blimp ride?
As you can imagine, each year Goodyear receives an overwhelming number of inquiries for rides on our world-famous airships. When not in use providing aerial coverage for leading sporting events, the blimp does provide passenger flights, but those are extremely limited and primarily reserved for charitable organizations and Goodyear customers. Who does the Goodyear Foundation support?
The Goodyear Foundation is a charitable private foundation acting as a philanthropic arm of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Goodyear provides funding to the Foundation which, in turn, conducts an independent grant and funding process to identify and select optimal grantees and fund recipients. Its purpose is to support significant community programs and collaborations aligned with the company’s community engagement strategy.
