On January 1, 2023, the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, or LkSG), also referred as “SCDDA,” entered into force. As a company that generally employs more than 3,000 people in Germany, Goodyear Germany GmbH falls within the scope of the SCDDA.
