Goodyear Social Media Community Guidelines
Below are the rules for communications and general behavior on social media pages and online channels sponsored by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company ("Goodyear"). Violation of these guidelines may result in the removal of content or restricted access to our pages and channels.
- Keep it respectful: No indecent, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Play fair: Do not post content that is defamatory, harassing, bullying, threatening, abusive, or intended to provoke others.
- Stay on topic: Avoid spam, repetitive posts, chain messages, commercial solicitations, promotional content, or comments that are intentionally inflammatory, disruptive, or unrelated to the discussion.
- Respect intellectual property: Only share photos, videos, links, text, or other content that you own or have permission to use. Do not post content that infringes on the rights of others.
- Protect privacy: Do not share personal, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself or others. Respect the privacy and publicity rights of all individuals.
- Post responsibly: If featuring or identifying another person in content you share, ensure you have the necessary permissions to do so and comply with applicable laws.
- Keep it honest and lawful: Do not post misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or promote any illegal activity.
- We reserve the right to moderate: Goodyear may remove content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise deemed inappropriate and may restrict access to users who repeatedly violate these standards.
