To provide the appropriate lead-time for marketing sponsorship decisions, a proposal must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the start date of the sponsorship. Goodyear will not consider proposals that do not meet this timeframe.
Please note that most reviews are completed within 60 to 90 days. However, if you would like for Goodyear to consider a national or large regional opportunity, please submit your proposal a minimum of six months prior to its start date to allow for appropriate consideration.

All proposed sponsorships will be evaluated based on the information included in each individual proposal. Submission of any additional materials (e.g. property overviews, demographic profiles) is optional and any such materials should contain only information that is non-confidential, non-proprietary and unrestricted in usage. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the bottom of this page for more information regarding sponsorship proposals.
Regarding your sponsorship proposal, you will receive a reply via the means you submitted your original proposal (either electronic correspondence or mail) from a member of Goodyear's Sponsorship and Asset Marketing team within 60 days from the date of your electronic submission or the postmark date on your mail submission.
A sponsorship proposal ("proposal") is defined by Goodyear as a solicitation from a third party to engage in a business relationship ("sponsorship") with the company in exchange for marketing rights, assets or other benefits. Other than sponsorship proposals, please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or other works ("submissions") in any form to Goodyear or any of its employees.
Please note that the sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Goodyear's business operations or marketing strategies seem similar to ideas submitted to Goodyear.
