Shawn C. Pace is Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Assuming this role in August 2023, Pace is responsible for the sourcing and procurement of all raw materials, equipment, supplies and services across the company globally.

Pace has been with Goodyear for 19 years, having joined the company in 2006 as a global material contract manager for Goodyear-SRI Global Purchasing Company. Since then, he has held sourcing positions in EMEA and globally, as well as played a key role in moving indirects procurement from a regional to global structure. Prior to his current role, Pace served as Senior Director, Global Indirects, where he led sourcing strategy and projects for all indirect spend.

Before joining Goodyear, Pace worked for PolyOne Corporation and Grand River Rubber and Plastics, serving in various roles across process engineering, product management, technical service and sales. He has a total of 27 years of experience in the rubber and plastics industry.

Pace holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Management from Case Western Reserve University.
