Roger J. Wood, former co-chief executive officer of Tenneco Inc., was elected to the Board of Directors of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company on July 25, 2023.
Wood served as co-chief executive officer of Tenneco, Inc., a leading automotive components manufacturer, from 2018 to 2020. Wood previously served as chairman and chief executive officer of Fallbrook Technologies, developer of patented transmission technology, having joined in April of 2018. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Dana Holding Corporation, a leading global supplier of highly engineered driveline, sealing and thermal management technologies for light vehicle, commercial truck and off-highway equipment. He joined Dana after a 26-year career with BorgWarner Incorporated, a global product leader in delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions, serving most recently as executive vice president and group president for the company’s Engine group.
Wood also serves as a director for PHINIA Incorporated, a developer of sustainable fuel systems, and Brunswick Corporation, the world's leader in recreational boats, marine engines and marine parts and accessories.
